Get in loser, we’re getting diplomatic. It’s Libra season, a time to embrace harmony and aesthetic in all our endeavors. Virgo’s Mercurial practicality gives way to more Venusian ways of relating to one another.
Let’s Talk About Libra Season
Libra Season 9/22 - 10/21
Libra is symbolized by the scales, it speaks to Libra’s way of connecting, its airy attributes of using logic and communication. Ruled by Venus, Libra’s ultimate goal is harmony and on a grander scale justice. Fairness is Libra’s domain. It’s opposite sign, Aries, is about the individual, about being selfish and rash. About being singular. This is the pocket of time people start talking about cuffing season. Are we surprised? Libra takes the lessons of Aries and opposes them. Libra season asks us - are the relationships we are in fair? Are they harmonious and pleasurable? How do we intend to balance the whirlwind of our lives?
This Libra season may have lost some of its signature Venus-like chill because (dun dun DUN) it's eclipse season. Eclipses always ask us to examine how we are balancing between holding on and letting go.
What area of life is Libra season moving through for you?
AIR AND FIRE
Exploring new workshops (or perhaps teaching one!) and your own unique brand of self expression encouraged. Relationships between the self and the other are pulling focus and both are equally important. Eclipses begin and end things. Keep an eye out for new connections, opportunities and people who feel like fate.
WATER AND EARTH
Endings and fresh beginnings are in store on the inner life/ outer life axis. This is a season to get introspective about your own feelings. Don’t hold too tightly, stay flexible. Clear out clutter to donate (or go thrifting!). Release what has gone stale, keep your heart open for the next chapter eclipse season drops you off in.
