Now feels as good a time as any to talk about failure. Or at least our perception of it. It’s important, especially when you are forward facing to make sure we don’t perpetuate the idea that creating anything worth having comes at no cost. A lot of times visionaries are sanitized of our humanness and that is the last thing I would ever want to contribute to. This isn’t a story about licking wounds. It’s about learning yourself and growing and pressing forward. It’s about understanding timing and making good use of your lessons. It’s about decolonizing time and timing in our lives and leaving space for more.
